Located in Boone is Seven Oaks Recreation. They offer a wide variety of outdoor activities for both summer and winter fun! Their fields are by appointment only, so you will always have private games, and will have to get your own group together. However, especially considering you get a private match, their prices are really affordable! This is a great place to have some fun outdoors with your squad. Especially because you only need a group of four to book the field. Seven Oaks is a field paint only park, so plan on buying your paint when you arrive. Their pain prices are very fair, though. Their fields have some fun hazards including spools, oil drums, and bunkers. Seven Oaks Recreation is definitely the place to check out for some affordable, private games with your team. Seven Oaks Recreation requires signed liability forms from all players. Players under 18 must also get the signature of a parent or guardian. The waiver is available for download from their website.

KW Paintball in Waterloo is a paintball park that’s tons of fun. Besides traditional paintball they also offer Low Impact paintball, SplatMaster paintball, and airsoft. They have several fields including an X-ball field, city field, vault field, and wall airball field. Plus they have a shooting range! Their prices for field and gear rentals are really affordable. KW Paintball is a field paint only park, so you will have to buy paint on site. Their paint prices are very fair, so it’s not an issue. KW Paintball has occasional events and tournaments, so make sure you ask about anything upcoming! If you’re looking for an inexpensive way for you and your buddies to enjoy some adrenaline pumping paintball, head on over to KW Paintball this weekend. You won’t regret it! If you want to enjoy some quality paintball, but the weather has you down, look no further than ICU Paintball in Des Moines! With open play Friday through Sunday you can enjoy indoor paintball every weekend! Friday nights they even offer discounts to kick off your weekend! Their field and rental fees are very reasonable. While ICU Paintball is a field paint only facility, their paint prices are very fair, too. They have some great indoor airball fields, netted for spectators to safely enjoy the games, too. This is a great place to host a birthday party or other event! If you don’t want to let the weather dictate whether or not you can enjoy an extreme game of paintball, ICU Paintball has everything you need. ICU Paintball requires a signed waiver from all players. Adventure Park Paintball in Shellsburg is a great paintball park. They have field hours every weekend, and take appointments on weekdays. Their rental and field fees are fair, and their paint is also reasonably priced. Adventure Park Paintball is a field paint only park, so you will have to purchase paint on site. They have a variety of fields, from hyperball to woodsball and other scenario fields. Their maze field is pretty great. The Fort is a very intimidating field, and tons of fun to play on! They host occasional events, so keep an eye on their events calendar for the next exciting thing! D.O.A Paintball in St. Charles is a great park to really enjoy some paintball. In addition to paintball they also offer airsoft. Their field and gear rental fees are all really affordable, but of course you’ll get the best bang for your buck if you have your own gear. They have a lot of awesome hazards, including things like two story bunkers, forts, oil drums, castles, and natural hazards. D.O.A Paintball is a super fun, chill place to engage in heart-pounding extreme sports. We really recommend you give them a try, and head on over there with your squad sooner rather than later!
